Can you bill my home insurance?

We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement. If for some reason your insurance company requires more information that you receive in our job completion package, we will work with you to get you that information.

What is included with your free repair estimate?

Our initial consultation will include a walk-through of the work you would like done and an approximate estimate. If you decide to go with Finished Projects LLC we will provide you with a materials list, a labor rate charge, required taxes and permitting costs (if applicable), all with 100% transparency. No hidden charges.

How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.

I can't afford to take time off from work to be available during "normal business hours". Do you make accommodations?

Absolutely! We understand that not everyone works on the same schedule. We will work together with you to handle your repair or installation at a time that works best for you. We will work with you to minimize the impact on your life.
